A test can be attempted only once. However, you can refer to the Test Series e-book, including the solutions, as many times as you want.
Can I download the question paper with solutions after the test?
No, you cannot download the paper. However, you can access the paper and its solutions by logging into your account on the website or the app.
Do you also provide solutions for the questions?
Yes, detailed solutions or additional information will be available to you after you finish the test. You can access these solutions anytime after taking the test.
Will I get any report card after the test?
Yes, you will receive a detailed analysis of your performance after submitting the test.
Till when can I access the solutions and analysis of my attempted tests?
You can access solutions and analysis as long as you have a valid subscription and the test has not expired. Attempted tests will be available for review up to 15 days after the test's expiry date.
Will all of my attempted tests be available during the Subscription/Pass validity period?
Yes, as long as your subscription/pass is valid and the test has not expired, you can review your attempted tests. Tests are available for the next 15 days after the test expiry date.
I am not able to access my tests; what should I do?
Your Study Knight subscription/pass may have expired, and you might need to renew it. If thatтАЩs not the case, please contact studyknighthelp@gmail.com.
I am not able to see mock tests for my desired exam. What should I do?
You can view all available mock test series in the "All Mock" tab. Make sure you are in the correct course (use the course dropdown next to the Study Knight logo). Tests should be listed under "My Mock Test" and "Attempted Tests" tabs. If you still canтАЩt find them, please contact us.
I do not have a computer; can I appear for the test through my phone?
Yes, you can take the test using your phone.
What if my computer gets disconnected from the internet during the test?
DonтАЩt worry. The test will auto-pause, allowing you to resume from where you left off. You can also manually pause the test by clicking the 'Pause' icon. Note that these features are not available for Live Tests. Ensure you have a stable internet and power connection for Live Tests.
If I am unavailable on the day of a Live Test, can I attempt it on another day?
No, Live Tests must be taken at the scheduled time to retain their value. After the Live Test is over, you can view the test and its solutions.
I do not have online payment activated; can I use another payment method?
You can use debit cards, ATM cards, credit cards, net banking, or payment wallets like Paytm. If you donтАЩt have these options, call us at 9817034333 for alternative methods.
My money was deducted twice during the transaction. What should I do?
Usually, one of the transactions will be automatically refunded to your bank account. If not, contact us at studyknighthelp@gmail.com, and we will assist in tracking and refunding the payment.

How can I apply for a refund?
Once purchased, Study Knight Passes and Courses are non-refundable. No refund process is available, so please review the terms and conditions before purchasing.
Will I get a refund if I want to stop using it before the Pass/Course expiry?
No, refunds are not available if you choose to stop using the Pass/Course before its expiry. Once purchased, the payment is final and non-refundable.
Can I share my Study Knight account with a friend or relative?
